Due to Administrative reasons lottery draw dates of the Inclusive housing lottery are postponed. The draw dates will be informed soon.
For all the non-winner & waitlist Applicants who desire to withdraw, an amount of Rs 2000 will be forfeited and Rs1500/- will be refunded.

Kindly login to your account at lottery.cidcoindia.com and upload the required document against each application you have applied. After uploading all documents submit a hard copy of documents (Xerox) (For every application have to submit a separate file) on the 8th Floor, Tower No.10, Belapur Railway Station Complex, CIDCO Nivara Kendra, T-271, CBD Belapur,
Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614. Timing- Mon to Friday (10.30 AM to 5.30 PM), You can also submit the document by courier.
Note: if you fail to upload your document and are not able to submit a hard copy (Xerox) in NIVARA Kendra your application will not get approved for the final draw.
